Patrick R. Colwell

Prior to joining Morgan Investment Fund Mr. Colwell has had over 22 years of highly successful real estate experience having participated in transactions with a value in the billions. A sample of the companies represented by Mr. Colwell during his career include: Archon Group (a Goldman Sachs Company), AEW, General Motors Pension, Lehman Brothers, MetLife, SSR/Black Rock, Prudential and UBS Realty Advisors.
Most recently Mr. Colwell was senior managing director with Cushman & Wakefield’s New York Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group where he was an integral part of a team completing approximately $2.5 billion in property sales per annum.
Mr. Colwell holds an M.B.A from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science (Cum Laude) from the State University of New York at Cortland, where he was a Phi Beta Phi National Honor Society member. He is also an active member of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Additionally, Mr. Colwell serves as co-chairman of the executive committee for the March of Dimes' annual Real Estate Awards breakfast.
