Pamela Michaels is an attorney with more than 20 years experience in real estate law and development. Ms. Michaels has served in several executive positions for financial institutions and real estate firms and has a strong background in the operational, financial and legal aspects of real estate acquisitions, financing, construction administration, development, leasing and sales. In addition to acting as an investment advisor to The Bobker Group, Ms. Michaels currently serves as the NE Division Manager of Asset Preservation, Inc. where she specializes in 1031 tax deferred exchanges and lectures frequently on the subject. Ms. Michaels received her Bachelor of Science from Kent State University and her Juris Doctor from Ohio State University. She is a member of the Ohio and Florida Bar Associations, a NY licensed real estate broker and a member of a number of real estate organizations.
