Ms. Chang's practice concentrates on real estate acquisitions and development, building loan financing, and senior and mezzanine lending, with special emphasis on mortgage financing. She has considerable experience representing purchasers and sellers in commercial and residential properties, including initial offerings of condominiums and cooperatives. 
Ms. Chang earned her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University, and her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. She is admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars.
