Eli Bobker Director
Eli Bobker has a Masters Degree in Finance from the prestigious Johns Hopkins University in Maryland and a Doctorate from Cardozo Law School, Manhattan, where he served as a member of the Law Review.
Before joining the Fund, Eli spent 8 years at the venerable law firm, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. As a member of CWT's Financial Restructuring Group , Eli was involved in many complex corporate restructuring, representing (at different times) debtors, vendors, landlords, bondholders and senior lenders. Eli also spent much of his time at CWT advising large institutional investment and brokerage houses on deal structures and business practices. More recently, as a developer with the Bobker Group, Eli has handled a number of projects, including ground-up development projects in White Plains, Williamsburg and Manhatta
