Aaron has over eleven years experience as a real estate professional. Prior to joining Morgan Investment Fund in January, 2011, Aaron worked at ATCO Properties and Management - a New York based real-estate company. His position included valuing & underwriting acquisition targets across multiple asset classes, and performing micro & macro level market research intended to direct investment strategy. Previously, Aaron worked as an architect and master planner for over nine years in Baltimore where his experience included executing all phases of development from feasibility analysis through construction completion. Aaron is a licensed Architect and LEED Accredited Professional. He holds a Master's Degree from the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Investment (with Distinction), and a Bachelor's of Architecture from Syracuse University.
